I got my saber the day before I left for my weekend vacation. I took it with me to Lost Lands and it was the greatest idea ever. Not only were my friends able to find me easily at night, but also other Rave Jedi came to dance and have battles with me. Can't wait to order a double sided blade next.
My order took an extra day to come in the mail and the coupler for my phantasm v2's was incorrect, but the sabers are great and the response to the incorrect part was phenomenal. I received my new coupler in the mail 2-3 days after I reported the issue and the service rep who helped me was very sympathetic and helpful. Thank you Ultrasabers!
Very clear overview at the order process. It's great that all options are explained by text and pictures. So it's very easy to define your saber options. The delivery time is also damned fast. One week only to Germany is heavy! Great job!
