I have bought three sabers. The first two were great.
The last one I bought though the blade came damaged. After paying $450 for it (emerald scorpion) they just ignored my emails inquiring about a possible second blade or a trade in.
This type of shady activity is not what I am used to. I am sad to say I will be recommending my friends away from ultra sabers from now on.

Customer Service was very helpful and understanding when I needed to change my order. Despite my order change, the order was processed quickly and I received my saber less than a week after I ordered it. It was exactly what I wanted, and it worked right out of the box without any problems. The quality is amazing. I love it and I will definitely buy from Ultra Sabers again when I am looking for another light saber in the future.

I emailed ultrasabers with a couple questions before making my purchase, but never received a response. Due to that I spent a little more then I planned too but the saber itself is amazing as always. The craftsmanship is unmatched for the price and they deliver very fast, just wish it was paired with fast responses.
I made a mistake when I ordered my sabers. Ultrasabers went out of their way to make it right. Well above what I expected. I could not be more pleased with my sabers, with their service and shipping. My corrected order arrived perfect and inside of 7 days.
Ordered the Dark Prophecy V3 and it did not disappoint. The quality of the build and the materials used really made me happy with my purchase. It truly is one of those cool items every star wars fan should have.

I assembled a Manticore light saber with the Obsidian sound board along with some other additional elements for my boyfriend's birthday two weeks before the holiday.
I contacted customer service with a few questions regarding my order including delivery time. They were very prompt, helpful, and friendly throughout our entire conversation. My order even got delivered a few days before the customer service representative's anticipated time frame.
