This was my first ever ultrasabers-saber and I unfortunately received it with a faulty power supply, keeps turning off and making the "obsidian" startup sound. After a big investment into this saber I'm left hugely disappointed by this. I'm pretty much broke so no sending back for me, for it would probably cost quite alot. So I'm left to my own divices. If we forget about the broken power supply, the saber itself is amazing in looks, sound and brightness. Still, going to have to do something about the problem at hand at some point.

The quality of the saber seems to be high. I decided for the diamond controller and don't regret it: there are so many ways to adjust the sound and colour of your saber even with gestures! The software to adjust the controller of your saber is quite complex but you can easily learn from the already saved default-fonts.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
