A seller sent me the wrong item, I asked for a refund, he told me not to send it back and he would send me the right item. He then sent me the wrong item again. Ebay took his side, I didn't get the item I ordered and I'm out the money. Case #*******030. Ebays buyer protection is useless.
I am very satisfied with my experience with Ultrasabers. The quality of the saber seems to be high. I like all the options available.
