It took a while to get the saber, but when it arrived, I was in love. They don't get much better (for as cheap a price) as this one did. Great gift for the Lady of the House too!
I ordered a mystery box August 4 and it took two months for the item to arrive I tried contacting customer service several times. When I would call no one would answer at all and when I emailed no one would answer until a few weeks ago. This was my last purchase from this company. They don't care for their customers. Advice for other customers don't waist your money on this company. They won't help you if you have any questions. Just save you time and money and shop a different lightsaber company.
Customer service and ship time were good, as usual. Quality has fallen far from what we've come to expect over the years. The blade retention screw stripped out immediately and the speaker is already broken. Every time the tip of the saber contacts, the power resets. Seems they've hit the quantity-over-quality point. Thanks for all the good times while they lasted, Ultrasabers!
I wanted 2 months for something I was told would be 3-4 weeks and they waited till the end of the 3-4 weeks to tell me I would be waiting longer I missed the birthday that this was meant for

Definitely not let down by the quality of product, however given circumstances I understand delivery times will be delayed a bit. I was patient and did receive my order however it took around 8 weeks from ordering to arrive. I read the delay message that order should be expected in 5 weeks, so I stayed patient but did grow worried about the order never being shipped for so long and considered cancelling the order given the price. I'm glad I did receive my order eventually and am very happy with the product itself. I did want to note my wait time concerns in a way to help you on your end possibly. Will be returning to order hopefully when the pandemic isn't affecting business/lives too much. Best, James T.

Second time buying from Ultra Sabers. Shipping this time round was a lot quicker, and the Sabers were absolutely amazing.
Order processing took a long time so I contacted customer service. 2 days later processing wAs completed but I never received a response. Over all I am very happy with product and it didn't take a painfully amount of time. With that said it took about 2 weeks longer then what the expected wait time was. I have been dueling with the product for almost a month and am very satisfied.
Saber is awesome and high quality.
Waited over 13 weeks for saber. Product came and was beautiful. Ultrasaber needs to work on communicating extended lead times versus sending a email stating be another 3 to 5 weeks and another 3 weeks then another 3 weeks.

This was my first time purchasing from Ultrasabers and I was not disappointed. I purchased the Dark Apprentice V4 stunt saber and it arrived 5 days after purchasing it. It was securely packaged in the box, and works very well. I'm impressed with the brightness of the blade. My one and only issue is that there was a little wiggle room between the electronics and the pommel and since I have a stunt saber, I just put a little piece of foam in to stop everything from rattling around. Overall I am pleased with the ease of shopping on ultrasabers.com, the speed of the delivery, and the quality of the product. You won't go wrong with an Ultrasabers product.
There was an AV port on the custom saber I ordered even though I didn't want it but it's no big deal really. Otherwise, the service and product is great :)

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
