My experience with Ultrasabers this year was just as great as last year; better, actually, as my sabers only took 1 week to ship and showed up early! The sabers were in excellent condition and as ordered. Plus shipping was free, and I was able to use my points for a discount! No complaints here!
I bought my husband a sober for Christmas and he absolutely loved it! The construction is beautiful and functional, the sound is amazing, and the shipping speed was crazy fast.

We ordered a light saber on November 22nd and the original anticipated shipping date was December 5th. We received an email after the 5th informing us that it was on back order. We were then told we would have the saber by December 19th, and then told by the customer service department that we would have it by Christmas. We were told they would ship it however they had to in order to get it to us for Christmas. They chose USPS as the carrier and it was not delivered until 2 days after Christmas. USPS does not guarantee delivery dates so as a frustrated customer I sent them an email telling them how upset I was and that they really screwed up. I also asked them why they were advertising on their website that people could order a week before Christmas and get their orders since I had ordered a month beforehand and wasn't receiving it. After several emails back and forth I was told they would speak to the customer service director and get back to me about some sort of resolution or compensation for everything. The email I received infuriated me! They offered me 15 % off with free shipping, which was the current deal running! This poor customer service is what makes this company a 1 Star for me. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau against this company if I don't get an adequate compensation for all my trouble and for making an important Christmas gift late! Stay away from this company.

Website was laid out relatively well. Only confusing part was confirming availability once I was in the checkout section. Received the saber which was a group effort gift for someone else. The details and quality of the saber were great. The gift recipient was extremely happy and excited about the saber. Highly recommend your product line for a fan of Star Wars.

I ordered a pair of Darth Maul-style 'Menace' lightsabers, plus various accessories. I was very pleased with the overall quality of the products. Nice machining, flash-on-clash looks great, very loud and convincing sound. I especially like the quick release coupler accessory (allowing the two sabers to be joined or split very quickly).
