I ordered grab bag sabers, and that is what i recieved. Very satisfied
My family loves these sabers! They have light saber fights in the yard at night! The blades are so bright and strong, the sound is great, and the hilts are very well made! I hope my next mystery box is a guardian or archon(wink wink)

Several sabers went from the standard 36 inch blades to 24 inch, forcing the customer to add $10 onto their cost to add what the 36" back, or changing to a higher priced saber where 36" is standard. I love your sabers, but come on.
Saber got here in time, then the light just... stopped. I'm contacting customer service now.
I had a duplicate order because I was unaware that my really great mail carrier first name Steve was holding my first order while I was in the hospital until I got out after 7 days and was holding my mail until the next following day! I ordered an Initiate v5 LE on Black Friday 2018. I figured Ultrasaber's turn around times would be quick enough to receive the saber for my GF for Christmas.
The Bad - Up to a week before Christmas I didn't hear anything from them. I started inquiring the week before. I got very limited response, and the response I did get was effectively "We're working as hard and fast as we can" -- So I had prepared a way to give it to her without actually having it in hand. I figured it wasn't going to happen.
The Good - Christmas Eve there's a knock on my door, and I opened it to the FedEx guy handing me a lovely triangular shaped packing "tube" =). Ultrasabers not only completed the saber (and we both love it) to their good quality standards, but they overnighted it to me (at no extra charge) and get it to me in time for Christmas morning.

Ultrasabers is awesome product, but from what i can tell the Sabers with sound tend to have some issues. However it's still really cool product.
