I called several times with questions prior to ordering and also sent an email which neither was replied to! Terrible customer service! The lightsaber was ok but grandson wanted sound which was my question because $200 extra dollars wasn't worth it!

The only issue I have is a minor one. The threading on the hilt of the Brood Guard's grip sometimes makes it unscrew loose at inconvenient times. If there was the option to have a reverse-threaded grip, that would be appreciated.

This makes our 5th saber from Ultrasaber. Jedi or Sith you can't go wrong with an Ultrasaber at your side. Just remember the stunt blade.
The saber I got was everything my boyfriend expected it to be. But unfortunately the saber stand was most definitely not worth $15. Maybe $3. It fell apart after it was put together. We had to super glue it together and stabilize it with paper in the notch. Thank goodness the saber never fell off of it. It's a crappy piece of plexiglass to hold an expensive piece of work.
