I've been buying ultrasabers lightsabers for 2 years now. I've always been impressed by the customer service and fast delivery. I dunno if it's just me, but sometimes my orders arrive earlier than estimated with is always a nice surprise. Whenever there's something unclear about my order, customer service is quick to notify me before moving forward with my order to avoid any issues. Ultrasabers is my go to lightsabers for the full-contact duels and free-flowing.

Very informative fast and efficient
I received my order and could not wait to open it, was very pleased with my order. I received the Dark Initiate V4 saber with the orange blade which worked out perfectly, as I am a coach of a robotics team from a school that happens to have the school colors of Orange and Black. This year's season for robotics is a space theme so this will be perfect accessory to have at our competitions. Thank you for a great product!
I ordered a double bladed saber from Ultra Sabers on December 22nd (not expecting it to arrive until January 2nd) and it arrived sooner by 3 days, which was nice.
The colour of the blades is bright and full all the way up the blade!
(A note: I ordered the heaviest gauge blade they had, cause I'll be bashing it around, and because I knew that the heavier blade doesn't let light through as well as the lighter gauges, I ordered my sabers with TRI colour lights, which are much stronger in brightness).
Anyhow, I appreciate their service and I would totally buy from them again!
Better means to search for products would be nice. Some menus had no products. Also, where can I find definitions between MHS, V2, V3 sabers etc...no idea what these mean.
Love ultrasabers. Could use some updated/newer hilts but all in all this brand is the one that I stick with for my sabering.

My experience with Ultrasabers was very easy, and straight forward. I ordered my saber and I got an email for tracking info, but shortly after, it was cancelled. So I emailed customer service and within 10 minutes I had a response with an explanation and updated tracking. I was very impressed with the quickness of the response and not to mention, my saber came 2 days early so that was a nice cherry on top. I will definitely be ordering from Ultrasabers again!
I recently ordered a custom saber from Utrasabers. I researched all of the numerous options for a few months until I decided on which were right for me. I ordered a custom color available through the saber forum. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The saber came in about 1 week and was exactly what I ordered. The saber color is bright and rich. The sound is great. The hilt is better quality than I expected. I absolutely love my new Ultrasaber and am already thinking of what options I will order with my second saber.
