High quality saber, very fast delivery 10/10
I contacted Customer service because I had accidentally ordered a saber that didn't light up, they went out of their way to get to issue fixed and even applied the discount I had missed. However, when I later contacted them because the order hadn't shipped over two weeks later, they were less pleasant and bordering on rude. The saber did show up and was exactly as it should be but I shouldn't be being chastised because I'm checking up on my order. In their defense the shaft I ordered was out of stock and had to be reordered but the website didn't say that when I ordered it, and an approximate wait time would have been appreciated.

It took me a year to get ready for my lightsaber seminar at my dojo i ordered 4 told them anted to buy and sell them from my school if the kids had a good time... so i bought samples. They arrived fast but they were not what i thought i ordered. There was no invoice to confirm and i called. The girl who answered the phone had no answers and just kept saying go to the website and re order what you want... i said i was confused about the parts and im a 1st time buyer... her response was the same thing 4 times go to web site i cant help you. I said let me talk to some one who can...

I ordered a lightsaber and when it arrived, one of the batteries didn't work. I know this because I tested it on another saber I have. I emailed ultrasabers to see if I could get a replacement sent to me. I never got a response. So, I had to order an individual battery to replace it myself
I received a beautiful saber in a very short time. Couldn't be happier and I will be adding more sabers to the collection. Thanks to everyone at Ultrasabers for doing such an awesome job.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
