Liked the saber and it only took like two day. On top of that, I got free shipping and 10% off my order. Blade length was a problem but that's all on me.
Just keep an eye on your email. Three weeks before Christmas I sent a few emails about buying upgrades and got no reply. Me and my friends thought you were going out of business. Lucky about a week later I talked with someone on your website and they gave me a different email that worked.

Mystery Boxes are always fun, sometimes you get lucky and receive an amazing hilt or one with sound. But it's still fun to receive even the base hilts.

I purchased my first saber and went with the $75 mystery box. I received a saber with premium sound and was blown away by the quality of the product. Feels very solid and is nicely machined. I look forward to purchasing my next lightsaber through Ultrsabers.
My hubby ordered me the blue azure omen for our 11 year anniversary back in july 2018 it is now February 2019 and still no saber i tried calling them they wont return any of my phone calls and can't really be bothered to get back to me all they ripped me off for $650.00 there is better places to spend your money then the scam artists at ultrasabers spend it somewhere that you might actually get what you paid for

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
