I was surprised when I saw that it was ready so quickly! Looks real and the speaker is loud, feels like a real lightsaber! I just don't like the tip of it but I can ignore it.

This was a gender reveal saber with a custom color (Pink because it's a girl). We ordered it on Friday and received it on the following Wednesday. Quality is great!
The product was in great shape and arrived in a timely manner. Yet, the handle did not match the expected dimensions and specific dimensions were not listed under the product data. I have reached out to Ultrasabers multiple time and have not received a response in regards to getting an exchange. After almost three weeks, I still have not received a response.
I love their products but I am shocked that I haven't even received a reply. I am now hesitant to make future purchases :(
