Great Crew and Staff!

This was my grandson's only present he wanted for Christmas. When he ordered it he was very particular as to what he wanted his perfect light saber to look like. We ordered it and within days it arrived. He is extremely happy and practices Jedi moves daily with it. The sounds it makes are just like the ones I hear in the movies. Thank you for making an 11 year old amazingly happy!

I ordered a double blade phantom v4. It exceeds my expectations, so professional and gorgeous looking! The shop is user friendly, all sabers described very well. It's important to know exactly what you are going to receive and there are forum articles and youtube videos regarding every feature or option. I did not contact customer service. The parcel arrived in 20 days to northern Israel.
In averall, Wow, that's so cool!

I bought a battery charger and an extra set of Li ion batteries for the saber i gave my son for christmas which was a mystery box that didn't include a charger. The batteries were already charged so he could immediately enjoy his saber again while the old batteries charged.

I was worried that the orange wouldn't show up as orange at first, as I'd seena number of reviews with this, but I was rewarded with a quality product that looks exactly like I expected it to look. There are a few things I wish were standard, like a belt clip, and a plug, also, sound would've been great, but, I got what I wanted, so, no complaints!

The saber shipped incredibly fast; I live in Alaska and got it three days after I ordered. Normally when I buy things online it takes weeks to get here. The saber was in fantastic condition, and has remained that way. It looks great, feels great, and is very fun to duel with. I highly recommend Ultrasabers.

This only being my second order, but it was a large order of two saber staffs two 75$ mystery sabers and two 200$ mystery sabers. All sabers are fine crafted as I was expecting. No complaints on anything. They arrived quickly before expected time.

Fantastic customer service - I had a small window for delivery and I asked if they could delay their otherwise super efficient delivery service, which they did! They even contacted me as I forgot to purchase batteries and they wanted to double-check if it was intentional! Their swift and responsive communications made me feel very comfortable purchasing from them especially as an overseas buyer. Thank youuu!
