When I ordered, the website wouldn't let me add my first choice of saber, despite no out of stock notice or warning. Otherwise, very happy with everything!

First, let me say that I love the two sabers I have received. The first saber I built specifically and it was received within 1 1/2 weeks of ordering. The second saber I ordered was just a mystery box, so I waited a week after ordering and it was still showing online as "processing." I emailed the company at the email address listed online and didn't hear back for a few days, so I emailed again. After still not hearing anything, I finally called and the voicemail message said to email a different email address, so I emailed to that one too.still no response. I left a voicemail and didn't hear back either. I finally got an email back from someone who apologized, but this was well over a month after I ordered.
So my first experience was great and the second was not. It feels like no one is monitoring either email account or someone would have responded much earlier than they did. The voicemail message basically says to NOT leave a message because it is faster to email. That was unfortunately not the case.
I love the sabers I have received. I am hoping that sharing my experience will help solve whatever issue there was on the customer service end that caused 3-4 emails and a voicemail to not be responded to. I have referred you to other people and will be ordering another one myself at some point. Hoping this will be resolved the next time I do.

Always wanted to own lightsaber ever since I was a kid and recently I had the opportunity to go ahead and purchase one from ultrasabers. I fell a little short not knowing what the options really were but also not wanting to drop more then I could justify with a company I've never done business with before. So for my first time buy I am more then satisfied with the saber itself. I liked it so much I turned around and bought another saber not far off from a four digit price tag.
Like many I have been a fan of Star Wars since I was young and have always wanted a lightsaber. Ultrasabers is a great first saber for anyone looking to start collecting or just have a saber of their own. I ordered a $75 mystery box saber and was blown away with what I had received. I got a Prophecy V3 hilt with a silver switch guard in Consular Green which is a $120 setup. You cant beat getting $50 off, although it is the luck of the draw when it comes to the mystery box and grab bag items. It was a little worrisome when I had placed the order and it only said processed for a little over a month, but I did order it during the Carona pandemic so the time it took was completely understandable. Do keep in mind that a custom saber may take longer due to your requests. But be patient. Its about the outcome of the product and they knocked it out of the park. I have my eye on a few more sabers and will definitely order from them again.

Due to the pandemic I was not able to get the item I originally ordered in a timely manner. I contacted customer service several times before receiving a response to my inquiry. Once I did receive a response the solution was great and my alternative option shipped within a couple of days. Very happy with the product and quality of the construction.
I got everything I ordered, and the quality of the lightsaber was amazing, though I also ordered parts to finish building my initiate v2 and the switch didn't work properly. Other than that I am very appreciative of the quality of these products
I loved it. I use one as a decorating piece and one as a usable lightsaber. It is beyond what I expected.
Took 2 months to get here but Laura at customer service was very helpful.

The saber is very well crafted, and the quick-release cup link works perfect. The only problem I had was that I ordered pointed sabers and was sent round instead.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
