I sent few mails asking for the delayed deliver, it is difficult to get in touch with them. Finally, thy answered saying my product was not in stock. I changed my order and then all went very well. So my review is PLEASE improve your answers to customers
I got my saber no more that 24 hours ago. It came scratched up and the blade so loose that it fell out. No customer service help no one is answering. Don't wast time use saberforge.

I received my first Ultrasabers a few days ago and love them. It took about 2 months for the sabers to arrive but was worth the wait. I got a double saber and a single blade saber and would highly recommend this website.

You can purchase a saber but do not expect to get in touch with ANYONE from this company. Any emails will be ignored and their message box has been full for most of 2020. If you are lucky and manage to get your saber, that will be it. If they messed up on your order, you're screwed. If some part becomes faulty and no longer works, you're screwed.
Imagine the South Park episode regarding the Cable Company employees. Ultrasabers customer support is basically that but they're not willing to do it to your face.
This is possibly the worst lightsaber company ever. I placed a order a long time ago and after all this time it's still no update. I have attempted to reach them repeatedly but I never received any response. I placed numerous emails, phone calls, and messages, but was ignored. No one ever answered the phone and all the Emails were ignored. I am starting to believe this is a huge scam and am seriously considering to cancel my order and request a full refund if they do not change the way they operate.

With covid and all, i can understand that there may be delays, but this company doesn't even have the common courtesy to drop us an email and let us know of the delay. When you spend 250 dollars, you would how they could at least reach out to you and explain what is happening. I had to send multiple emails, and phone calls before getting a response, and finally a resolution.
Super quality product, but we will not come back because the customer service is the absolute worst. It is unfortunate that such a quality product would suffer because the employees couldn't be bothered to drop an email. Ordered August 3rd, received oct 17th. But only after repeated emails begging for an answer, and threatening to reverse credit card charge. Just a shame!
I got a Prophecy in Consular green out of my mystery box and I absolutely love it! I ordered a random blade and it seems to be indestructible! I love it, great first experience with Ultrasabers! Would recommend!

I've never had a bad experience so far. Orders have been delivered at a decent time and customer service has never done me wrong. When someone asks me where I get my sabers, UltraSabers will be the first thing I say.
We received the saber with the tip not properly glued on. After two days, the tip is gone, nowhere to be found. I think this is a production failure, but customer service simply states the tip is not covered by warranty.
Great considering these times.
Kids love to play with it, and we also use it as a light for reading. Will be buying another one in the future.
After changing the batteries one of my sabers were dimmer than the other, this was bothering because it's for my saberstaff
Contacted Ultrasabers about the belt clip, never received an email back. My son ordered the belt clip, but no where did it say he had to add on the attachment separately.

I'm happy with this saber. I got it in a timely manner and has great quality. I use it a lot for a lightsaber fighting group, it can take a beating!
Build is quite astonishing. Sabers were brighter than expected. The blades are also fantastic and can take a beating from battles. If your ever looking to start your saber collection for a affordable price or even for high end center pieces UltraSabers is a good place to start.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
