The saber i got in my mystery box was worth much more than what i paid for so I'm very happy with the quality.
I decided to buy the smallest and cheapest saber on Ultrasabers just to see the quality of their products. I was not disappointed! The quality is very good. I didn't get anything special so I can't speak to the quality of sound and other effects but the base construction of the hilt and blade are well worth it. I plan on saving up some money and splurging to get a higher-end saber someday!

I liked the saber and enjoy it but I do wish I had more of the color discs so I'm not locked into like 2 or 3 colors
I loved my sabers I ordered but it took a while to get them. I had to substitute the sabers I wanted for cheaper ones due to the pandemic and lack of parts but I'm ok with that. I'm still however waiting on my $30 refund for the price difference between the cheaper sabers I got verses the ones I ordered.

The saber quality is great but the wait almost seem never ending
The one issue I have is with the program that goes along with the more expensive sabers... I've attempted to get it to work on Microsoft Windows 10 and cannot get it to work and that's a big disappointment cause I was excited to play with the features
My delivery was amazing and took less than a week to arrive. DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE OUT THE FILAMENT! That was my mistake, but I got it back in. I recommend buying batteries a little bit frequently for your saber purchase. After using it over a weeks time, you should replace the batteries.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
