I'm not sure what happened in between placing
The order and me chasing it 3 weeks later. It didn't arrive for my husbands birthday in the 17th Sept but when I emailed it arrived 3 days later. No apology and this follow up is a month later. Customer service could be better!
Product is amazing though and everyone is very happy!
It took 2 months to get the sabers once we changed the hilts from my order they came in 5 days

As I have come to expect from ultrasabers delivery was speedy and the quality of the sabers was superb this is why when I buy a saber it will always be from ultrasabers
Wanted to return a product and buy something better. Multiple calls and emails weren't returned for weeks. I blocked payment. When the calls were returned, I had to provide them with the email chain ( completely one- sided). As an added bonus, the box was mangled at one end; no product damage. Despite all this, the lady I spoke with was pleasant. If you want to make a return, email IMMEDIATELY and maintain records. You have three days. Note, the product quality isn't bad, but the business practice is a joke.

The saber that I received was great, the condition of it was top quality. The only complaint was delivery time, but due to the pandemic you cannot blame them for it. So overall, I highly recommend them and definitely plan on ordering again.
Took a while for emitter to come in was easily resolved and took a while to figure out how the menace emitter gets attached and keep the blade in. I love it
It's a great saber. Nevertheless the battery drains quickly. If it's normal, I should have chosen another option. Maybe some brief explanation would help to choose better the configuracion.
