I absolutely love the lightsabers; the price is decent and they're very realistic. The only issue I have is that the colored disk that are for the white or silver blades are dull in color. They're not as vibrant as a one colored saber. Other than that, they're just awesome! As soon as I can, I'll be ordering more. It's official I'm hooked.
I placed my order on 18th March and did not hear anything back from ultrasabers for about a month, I had sent several emails and tried to contact them via Facebook messenger however instead of communicating with me like a human I sent them my order number and they told me that my order had been dispatched. There needs to be more communication between seller and buyer because I was completely in the dark about my order, it sat on 'processing' for over a month and I didn't receive any form of update disputes asking several times. Had this been my own order and not a gift I would have cancelled, you make great lightsabers but terrible customer service.
I love the quality of it. Im just waiting for the dual saber from "Rise of Skywalker" I'm going to buy two of them..
All I needed was a second, longer blade for my wife's lightsaber. In my original order I had ordered a shorter blade because the stage combat swords that we use, her's is shorter. I forgot that the lightsaber is notably lighter than the steel sword was so I needed a longer blade for her. She loves the longer blade and has the shorter blade as well, if she wants to use it.
I've ordered two sabers from this company and they've both arrived safely and in working order. Definitely will work with them again. Thank you.
I purchased a Ultra Saber diamond controller Lightsaber, and it is really good quality. Nice work done. In addition, they have good customer services that rely my emails. It took a month from my purchase to arrived at my home.

I ordered a saber and it came within 2 weeks with reasonable shipping, such good value for cosplay or just duelling. If you're thinking of getting a saber get one here.

The Hilts are smaller than you think so if you’re thinking of getting an apprentice hilt or an initate i would advise against it if you’re over the age of 16

I waited several weeks for a fully modded diamond saber package and it did not disappoint. Anyone can make a basic saber for 250 with light and sound, but the diamond package with few extra upgrades makes your saber work for any occasion. As a cosplay aficionado, you can have one saber for sith jedi or anything else you want create. The heavy duty blades are amazing. After I got my initial shipment I bought another one with one hour. I'm a customer for life.
It was around Christmas so things were tight for production. They still delivered! They were missing a piece to the saber I ordered. They reached out and offered personalized solutions. Probably what should be done for a $400 custom saber... but it was still appreciated because they managed to solve the issue and have it to me before the holidays!
I've never been so happy in my life, hubs and I got these for our 5th anniversary and we've been having random duals in the front and back yard. We got the extra heavy duty dual ready sabers and we absolutely LOVE them, we will be buying more

I ordered the 'Butcher' Saber and I'm over the moon with it. It took far longer than the website mentioned but I ordered with international shipping while COVID-19 restrictions were still in place, so I was aware there would be a delay. Overall it's a gorgeous piece. In terms of size and weight, it's Heavier and longer than I expected, and can be a bit cumbersome and clunky to do spins and tricks with, but I'm using it mostly as a display and cosplay piece so I'm cool with it. Fantastic product that feels amazing to hold!

I purchased a lightsaber along with some friends so we could start a high school club. We choose ultrasabers since we heard they're the best, and the quality really shows time and care went into them. The delivery did exceed the 4 week period, but that was due to the Corona virus outbreak along with the new Star Wars movie. When I contacted their support email, I was given a free discount on future purchases. I will definitely purchase from them again once I save up enough.

During the summer sale I got two multicolor sabers and got an extra 2 free, a purple and cyan one.
I am satisfied with them as they are sturdy for sparing and the batteries and other electricronics can handle the sparing.
But the only complaint I would have is that the rechargeable AA in the multicolored need recharging in a few days whereas the other 2 free ones with AAA have yet to die
But I am satisfied overall with the quality

Although my saber took longer than expected to come in, customer service was there each step of way when I asked for update on my order. Due to current restrictions caused by the pandemic the team at ultra sabers was somewhat put at disadvantage. I'm super happy with the saber I received.

Ordered my first saber with these guys and they did not disappoint! The color of blade is amazing and the sound quality is absolutely incredible, made me feel like a Jedi just holding it. 1st saber took bout month 2nd order strangely only took week n had my other 1st ordered empress 4 days later so was happy with manufacturering time love my customized dark dorinian warglaive sickest n most functional saber ive seen or handled it has emerald driver sound so its just bleeding dopeness and the Empress i like the high quality etchings and how both r usable weapons though mastery of each is its own task they R very beautiful obsidion enjoyable apmed up lil more on empress cuz of pommel style as claimed ultrasabers R definitely thee saber company 2 beat on our planet

2 things 1st n most important make sure u order details r all perfectly set how u want them when u order cuz u may not b able contact them 2 make a modification 2 ur order good luck not ultrasabers fault just make sure u do ur research n put the correct info in cuz may be no changing it afterwards and secondly make sure if they have a promo like free saber 4 order over 300 u type the code in if u dont u wont get the item no matter what basically so its not automatically added put in the code or

I bought the Empress and the dark dorinian plus a dark warglaive emitter 2 replace the standard dorinian emitter came out just beautiful plus very useable as long as ur not stupid with ur 500 dollar toys use medium force and will hold up good plus blades r cheap if an accidental break did occur dont see that happening often though i used the regular heavy grade blades also they dont cut back briteness so id always recommend heavy grade blade unless its just 4 a show piece
The quality, weight, design... everything is amazing. Bought 2 Stunt Dark Apprentice v5 (red), didn't even receive the shipment before I ordered another Stunt Apprentice v5 (blue).
