Gorgeous sabers (pretty much the first time I've found an Ultrasaber that matches my aesthetic), excellent shipping time, and work great with the quick disconnect staff coupler. Unfortunately the black gas already started scratching off to silver after less than a week of light use, but oh well. They'll still work great for what I need them for. :)

Love the Blade plug
My overall experience was good, had a little bit of an issue with where the covertec wheel was installed on my hilts, but that issue was rectified pretty well. Only other issue I have is that the rechargeable batteries that I ordered die rather quickly in the sabers regardless of whether the saber is on or not. Standard batteries in stunt sabers last 10 times longer

I actually received the wrong hilts. I ordered a Phantasm staff and received a Phantasm Initiate staff. But with the correct 32" length blades and the right colors, right switches, etc. After discussing options with Marlena, I decided to keep what I had (they are very similar) and she provided me with a coupon code for 10% off another order in future. I am satisfied with this correction.
