I got my ultra saber on Feb. 8 of 2019 and it went fine, till I just changed my batteries one time and the speaker decided to not produce sound

Great! Was a small mix up with shipping where I had put in my notes attention Security(address is a mall) but I'm not sure that was used. FedEx got confused and delivered the day after. But other than the product came fast and I was lucky enough to get a saber with sound for my first Ultrasabers purchase. Couldn't be more happy with it.
