Absolutely excellent service. Customer service was helpful and quick to respond to a few queries that I had during the order process. Construction and shipping were much faster than I expected. Built and shipped from Texas to the east of England in 10 days. Will absolutely recommend.

The delivery was delayed due to a carrier issue and not due to ultrasabers. Package was delivered to the wrong address and I received a different package. Ive ordered 2 custom light sabers and the products are awesome in quality, feel, and appearance! Plan to get at least 2 more as mystery boxes!
Awesome sabers! Shipping time was amazing! But one of my free sabers had a diamond controller paper attached to the blade and it turned out to NOT be a diamond controller.
Building and customizing my Saber was very simple. The instructional videos and advice given by the team at Ultrasabers was informative and helpful, from building and customizing, to getting my Saber and downloading the diamond program. They have everything layed out so it's simple to follow. The quality of my product is amazing, I can't even begin to tell you how happy I am with it. I've already been thinking about purchasing another one, I have a feeling these things are like chips, you can't just have one. 5 out of 5, great job guys!
