Ultrasabers is great. They are friendly and answered all my question. I am very happy with the saber.
My only complaint is that the txt saying it was ready was 20min early. Got to the line just to have them tell me it wasnt ready. Not ok when your cutting my convention time (not everyone can spend the whole day there).

There was a stock issue with the saber I had selected and Ultrasabers (specifically Marlena) was quick to inform me and resolve my issue. The saber arrived literally two days after. Incredible! And the saber itself is absolutely awesome; great product. Thanks everyone!
The price seemed like it was a little much but after using it a bit it's completely worth it and any big stars wars fan would love to own one of these quality battle sabers

The service was good overall. The only problem was that there was no mention of import tax when I ordered and the communication was very confusing. I had no idea what a commercial invoice was.

I bought one with sound for the wife; since I have a yellow/orange blade, and she (used) to really be into purple; got her a purple one with sound. Amazing product as always. (These days she's into pink... so now I need to see if there's a pink blade option... maybe next year at WonderCon)!
I ordered two light sabers: a standard issue v3 for myself and an initiate v4 for my son. We got the UltraEdge Heavy blades and the Obsidian v3 sound. I am very happy with these sabers. The standard issue hilt is simple, well crafted and does its job magnificently. The initiate hilt with the 32" blade is great for smaller hands.
Received it on time. It's better than I thought it'd be.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
