There was a delay with my order. I contacted customer support, and received a courteous email stating that a series of conventions created a surplus of orders, and that my order would be processed and shipped as soon as possible. The sabers we're shipped Saturday, arrived Monday.

Thoroughly pleased with my ultrasaber got the Sentinel V5 with orange blade and it's pretty darn good, incredibly epic, there's no other words for it. Customer service was really great they helped me when it got delayed on the shipping and it got to me really really fast after that. These guys are amazing.

Was expecting a rubber cover to put on the blades when it's not on the hilt because it came with it when I bought a mystery box from comic Con, but still happy!
My experience ordering a "Butcher" saber was very positive. The wait time from order to receipt was minimal - only two weeks during a sale period - and shipping was very fast once the saber finished processing. I had a concern regarding my order once I received it - I had selected Lite sound, and so expected to see the required AAA batteries in the saber. Instead, I found lithium-ion ones. I contacted Ultrasabers to see if there was a mix up or issue with this, and was told that I had been upgraded to Premium Sound and given a recharge port at no extra cost due to a supply issue. So my concern turned into a surprise upgrade! Awesome!

I purchased a saber at Planet Comicon in Kansas City, but decided I wanted a different colored blade, they were able to fulfill my request at no additional charge.
The Dark Sentinel LE v5 is a great looking hilt and gets a lot of attention when I take it to Saber Guild practices! Nice, comfortable group and good balance for flipping and adjusting grip during performance. Definitely a must for Sith fans!
To be fair, the entirety of this survey doesn't really apply to me because I bought and received my saber at Wondercon at their booth, so it really only look like 45 minutes. However, the people were friendly, helpful, knew exactly where all their sabers were when I was looking for a specific hilt, and they really knew their product.
