I've been told that most of the time customer support is strong. This was not the case with my situation this time. I wanted to modify my order slightly and I didn't get a reply for like a week. I sent mails to three different addresses until I got feedback on my order. The product arrived and I am happy with it of course and when my case was picked up, communication was alright afterwards.
Awesome quality, very bright and very durable. We will def be using this on may the forth. Halloween will also be fun with this bright saber. My kid loves it. I am also going to buy another due to how awesome the quality is.

I received my Grand Master preorder a few days ago and love it! The etched handle is stunning and the weight is great for stunt and combat work.
Over all good. The saber I custom ordered was missing the charger plug and belt clip. I emailed Ultrasabers and they emailed me back asking me to recheck the box as they can get caught up in the packaging. I told them I had already triple checked and am awaiting a response to get my missing parts shipped.
The delivery was quick and the ordering was simple. When the package came I was very excited. The lightsaber is well made, and the LED is bright.

I had a gr8 experience with my 75 dollar mystery box so i order a 200 dollar one got it was gr8... so now i order a diamond model dark Apprentice Le with a diamond controller still waiting on it hope it gets here soon

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
