Fast shipping and beautiful saber!
The sound on one of the sabers stopped working about a week after we received. Ultrasabers was very easy to work with regarding getting it repaired. My only issue is that we had to pay for shipping to send back.

This is the third order and tenth saber I've bought this year. Nothing disappointing yet. I especially love the mystery boxes which 2 out of 8 came with sound. If I had anything critical to say, it is a little slow. Typically taking about three weeks to process.
Overall really good saber, however my saber color is weird. I ordered dark purple. And idk if it's the blade or led but it's half purple, but then at the tip of the blade it's pink. When I take a picture it's dark purple. But I still love the saber.
Great experience as usual, I now have quite a few of your sabers in my house, some even belong to the kids :). I only docked off a star because my last mystery box was a combat saber and I was secretly longing for one with sound - I knew the risks so that's fair enough. My Aeon v3 LE in Arctic Blue does look pretty awesome though... I just need a custom pommel for it now! Colour discs work well in my son's white blade but it would have been good to have a red disc in the pack - shame there wasn't one.
Order fulfillment was faster than expected and received in a very short time. Went above my expectations. Sabers were well wrapped and secured, everything arrived in perfect condition. For a large school order, this was a pleasant surprise (15 sabers and 11 extra blades plus extras). Thank you!
I absolutely love the mystery box option with two tiers of product. Knowing full well that since I picked the $75 tier it would be less likely that I would get a saber with sound. Though I have bought from Ultrasabers for years and I always stand by their products. I am quite pleased with the sabers I received and will gladly buy again!

Customer service is horrible. Shipping for repairs of manufacturer defects are at customers expense though company claimed refund would occur. Return policy is unreasonable considering their lack of response/service.
Ordered saber in early December, returned for defects twice at personal expense. Company now has had item since January and refuses to resolve/refund. Emails remain unanswered. The BBB indicates the company is unresponsive or no longer in business.
Still no refund of shipping costs. Company has had the item for almost 4 months and is unresponsive to requests for resolution/refund.
The company refuses to respond or follow through with commitments to resolve. As such, we do not have faith that it will be working properly once received back. Company has had the item longer than we ever got to hold it. At this point we just want a refund of the item cost, reimbursement of the two shipping charges as promised and they can keep the item.
I ordered a Mystery Box Lightsaber from Ultrasabers on 4/14. I mistakenly put in the wrong shipping address so my saber wasn't able to deliver until I contacted their shipping department. They helped me correct the mistake & followed up with me to ensure I received it. The saber I got was great. This is the 2nd I have brought from them. I gladly tell others about them.
The color seems a little off for the dark purple amethyst. It looks more pink than anything. I'll contact customer support to verify the color. But other than that, the only other issue was that tips were not adhered well to cylinder shafts for either of the sabers. I had to get superglue and apply it to the tips so it would stay.
The wait was definitely worth it, the saber is amazing and I can't stop being mesmerized by it.
