Excellent overall! Highly recommended as from someone ordering 2 lightsabers from Australia and receiving the sabres within 2 weeks from the placing of the orders to final delivery is amazing. Boxes were tracked and delivered without any damage and the 2 lightsabers I ordered is fantastic with excellent workmanship. Highly recommended company for anyone looking for a lightsaber!

I had researched different companies who make lightsabers and decided to go with Ultrasaber. Once I ordered one, I got anxious/excited about the delivery timeframe and sent a message asking about it. The web interface is well laid out and easy to use. This saber has been sitting in my wishlist for months but after seeing the teaser trailer for Star Wars ep.IX I figured I better pull the trigger and order because you guys are going to be doing a lot of business as the movie gets closer.

Bought this for my sons 4th birthday and wouldn't trade his response for anything.my youngling has begun his Jedi training finally.

All four products I have received have wholly failed to disappoint. They have already been given their fair share of strain and still perform magnificently.

Fast shipping, but received a defective saber. The LED module wasn't glued/fixed properly. I'm really disapointed.

When i asked about the time between placing my order and it shipping, i got a response the same day, after getting the shipping email i was waiting for. Solution first, then pleasantries.
