This isn't the easiest site to navigate but it has a very good FAQ section. It is a little difficult to understand the various options/add-ons but it is workable. The sabre, now that we have it, is exactly what we were looking for (other than the blade being too small, but that's my mistake). No complaints.
I have purchased several sabers already, but this one is the best by far. It is exactly like described, arrived relatively fast, and the entire experience was easy and painless.
The mirrored plug on the mid grade ultra edge blade will separate from the rest of the blade with any sort of serious contact between blades. I'm currently experimenting with various methods to affix said plug.

The new Apprentice v5 has some sharp edges around the emitter which were discovered the hard way (my thumb has a new hole in it now), but still a beautiful saber.
I was disappointed that I felt like I was forced to pay for expedited shipping. I placed my order 5/27. I was told normal turn around time is 2-3 days but because of 5/4 & 5/6, it would be 2-3 weeks! I struggled with this since it had been 3 weeks since 5/6. This was a birthday/father's day gift for my husband so I agreed to pay for shipping again in order to get my order by Father's Day. Within an hour of paying, the order processed and left me questioning whether I paid extra shipping for no real good reason.
All I can say need to work on getting the order through faster
Everything went well, wish i had had the foresight to get the charge port, its a bit of a pain to remove the batteries to charge. Other than my battery issue im very pleased overall and have already suggested ultrasaber to my friends
I got the $75 mystery box and was overly satisfied with what I got! I received an Aeon v4 le Blue no sound. It's the most comfortable saber I have wielded!

Troisièment: seul avis négatif, le plug, trop court pour ce type de sabre, dommage.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
