Smooth and easy
Order at a comic Con and had a good experience. I had wanted one but never got around to ordering it online. Glad I could feel the hilt and blades before my purchase.
Seemed pretty average for a good ordering service.
Didn't get an order confirmation email and didn't have an account created to look it up, but customer service was very helpful once I reached put to them.
I thought the package would require signature, and thereby presence upon delivery, but it didn't.

Really love my new lightsaber - wish I'd heard about you folks years ago. My only criticism is that I wish you had asked / confirmed with me where the covertec (holster clip) piece was going to be drilled into the hilt; I would have moved it to a slightly different place so that it was more comfortable to hold. Regardless of that minor complaint, I'm going to treasure this for years to come!
Some of the members of the local light saber combat group advised me on what I should get, and that Ultra sabers would give me a great experience. They were spot on. I love the light saber, it is exactly what I wanted and pictured in my mind. I will definitely be ordering another in the future. Thank you to everyone at Ultra Sabers.
The lightsaber is very well done and the sounds are good. Only problem is with the stands since they're dinged up and scratched. Not too impressed with that. But I still like the lightsaber very much. Not a fan of FedEx

Quick lead time. A little annoyed that no tracking is even a option. Anything purchased should have tracking regardless of cost or size

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
