I was stunned by the response time of your customer service, i e-mailed to have my order tweaked slightly and within minutes of the e-mail my question was andswered and my order changed. I received my order the next day after it was shipped, awesome! Unfortunately the saber itself has an issue... the blade jiggles around inside the emitter regardless of how tight the retention screw is tightened. Overall, very satisfied with the order process and delivery.
This was a good experience. Customer Service replied to my questions promptly, and the order arrived on time and as specified.
Everything was fine except that on the website the order still say 'processing' and I was not informed that it had shipped like I was with my first order.
Order and design setup is straight forward and easy. I love my new saber. I will be buying a notger one when i can.

Great time in delivery, which was unexpected. My saber has great overall sound. The inner parts are un stable in the hilt, but it is a good product.
Buying these sabers is something I don't regret and I really enjoy dueling with my friend, delivery time is all up to what kind of service you purchase but the fabrication of the sabers themselves is a pretty quick process, anyone reading this review should just know go for what you want and choose carefully and open mindedly as I saw myself constantly going back to change tiny details, but aside from cosmetics if you really want a good dueling blade and not just a prop or sort of room decor that you'll never use, for sure go for the 10$ ultraedge heavy blade, you will not be disappointed

Just got to mess around with the saber yesterday. Very cool! Will be buying more from them in the future.
The sabers came in and are extremely durable from my nephew and twin swinging them around. But as a precaution I ordered 3 more heavygrade ultraedge blades for the future.
1st saber order
The website is nice, but has a few hitches with menus and whatnot. Just a little refining and they'd be Five Star. Also you can't put 2 configurations of the same saber hilt on a wishlist, not a huge problem, just something I noticed.
Otherwise their service, delivery time, and product are top notch. Solid craftsmanship, really well done. I highly recommend Ultrasabers to anyone who's interested.
