Overall, this is a good product. The one flaw that leaps out at me, though, is that the design includes only a single retention screw for the blade. With the length of the pommel (>13") and the 40" blade I attached, it doesn't feel as stable as it should. I suppose I'll see how well it holds up over the coming months. If it turns out to be fine, though, I'll be very satisfied with the product.
Ordered a mystery box just to try out ultrasabers as a company and a week after receiving the mystery box saber I was back buying a custom saber.
Products seem great and they responded adequately to mis-communicated lead times.
Processing felt like forever but after a few weeks I finally got my first saber. Worth the wait!

I ordered from the UK and was a little anxious about ordering from another country, especially with my card details but everything went well. I've had no issues using the website, everything was very professional. I received the sabre earlier than I was expecting and the quality of the item was excellent. Fantastic light saber.
Batteries were dead upon receiving blade, was unable to light it up out of the box. Was slightly disappointed.

It took awhile to assemble, but it shipped in a little under a week, which was awesome. The battery packs move around a lot, like when I turn it upside down, and when I don't have a bladeplug or blade in, the LED kind of falls out.
Though I was very happy with the product I received, I was not at all satisfied with the wait time. I was not ordering a custom lightsaber, which I would understand if it took longer to arrive. I was ordering "off the shelf", and so I would expect to receive my order in a timely manner.
It was very confusing if the product had sound or not. When choosing the pommel some of them read 'no sound' when others didn't. So I assumed that meant that when you choose one of the pommels that allowed sound that meant you would get sound. I realize now that is not the case after further research, but as a first time customer a disclaimer would be very helpful. Overall the end product was fantastic
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
