I am very pleased with my purchase the sabers are of quality materials and the sabers are finished nicely with no ruff egdes, and it all arrived in perfect condition on the expected day.
The hilts are built very well and comfortable, and the light are pretty much as described to be online. Although the wait time was much more then the expected 3-4 week, to get in contact with them I recommend Facebook messenger then they will provide an email with someone that can give you updates. Another issue I had was on one of my sabers the yellow was slowly changing from sentinel yellow to fire orange. I had to change the battery's but I think it might be because the LED heats up quickly as I notice it when holding it so the battery's are being drained quicker. Overall pretty good just the wait was the only bummer but in the end worth the wait.
Delivery Time was a bit long, but I loved my lightsaber when it finally came. Def worth the wait and I use it all the time.
Love everything I have received so far. Jake is awesome at answering questions and resolving issues.
Took along time to get here but I'm happy with what I got
I can't fault anything about my light saber and the service. Saw other experiences of long wait times and that was in the US, so was expecting a long time until I received mine. They arrived less than 2 weeks after ordering them to Queensland, Australia. And the quality is awesome. Thank you Ultrasaber, it was a great experience dealing with you!
EASY TO DO
The quality of the electronics in each of these (3) lightsabers was adequate at best. Had to wait at least a month to receive one of them and the other two weren't in stock for 2 months even though that wasn't mentioned when we ordered them.
The Manticore Lightsaber is well made and has the lighting affect which attracts car driver's attention for safety when I ride my recumbent trike at night (see attached photos); however, Sabertrio makes the Neo Saber which is an equivalent lightsaber at a lower price.
Overall experience great second time ordering from ultrasabers still have more orders to make want to order a custom Sith lightsaber for today shall be the last day of the Republic

Product is great as always, but shipping time is extremely inconsistent. Sometimes it takes 3 months sometimes it takes a few weeks, its really up in the air. Customer service is pretty lackluster, it takes them almost 2 weeks to respond to an email that you'd prefer to be answered within a few business days at least. Overall great product, but the process is somewhat draining

The delivery time was weeks late, but that wasn't your fault. It was the post office's fault.
When i ordered my lightsaber i was already expecting them to exceed the 4 week shipping time because of high demand and that new star wars movie or whatever but i was not expecting almost 4 and a half months. The lightsaber didnt even come with the charger i payed extra for, I had to wait another 2 months for them to respond to my email about the missing item and finally send it to me. For a 450 dollar price tag i expect some better service then that.
Great saber, took some time to get it. But after some contact via the mail i finaly got what i wanted.
And the quality is sublime.
