Multiple emails and voice messages over several months finally received a reply, but product was still not available. Had to substitute.
This was the second saber I have ordered and though it wasn't the best when COVID hit they've really turned things around and I have no complaints with customer service, shipping time or with the sabers I've received. I'm definitely going to be getting more sabers from here
Grab bags great for beginners. Just pay attention to all the details of what you want when i comes to power supply. I made the mistake of not upgrading to the recharge system.

I messed up on my first time order. I received an email from a single customer service person. It took a couple of emails back and forth for me to place the correct order. I had never ordered a saber and was stunned at how many options there were. The same person contacted me each time (Laura). She was very helpful and patient and made sure my order was correct.

I'm new to buying sabers, did research and went with ultra sabers. I don't have lots of money and I picked the princess one with sound. It did take couple weeks to get here. My mom loves her saber, now my teenage girl wants one and I want one. But I do have a severe autistic teen and she is a hand full, so money is hard right now. When I get a chance I'll get my teenage girl one.
This is the third lightsaber I've bought off Ultrasabers. Their customer service and shipping times have really improved over the last year. Very happy with the speed and quality of the product.

Right when I placed my order I got an email stating that they received the order and they alway notified me every step of the why with tracking details. The saber is fantastic, I can actually have real lightsaber combat and have it hold up beautifully, definitely a well worth purchase and would totally recommend this to others.
We ordered in June and didn't get the order until September. When I called and emailed because I wasn't receiving any notices on my order I got absolutely no response for several weeks.
I will say that once they did contact me they were great after that

Bought the tips from here and it took a bit longer for delivery. I get it takes a bit due to COVID but a month just for tips?. Then when I took them (ordered two cone/pointed) out of the package, one looked like the tip was already curved down. Kind of disappointing.
I was told about this place by friends telling me they had quality sabers and goods. So far I have been sadly mistaken. Hope if I do choose to do future business with Ultrasabers, they just had a bad year and not purposely sent me bad product.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
