I payed for a covertec wheel that was supposed to be installed but it wasnt on my hilt when i received the order. I contacted your customer support over a year ago about this but received no reply Besides that everything was fine.

I was surprised how soon the first set of Lithium batteries I received gave up. I did t use them much and perhaps is why they lost their ability to charge.

Absolutely no communication until I contacted Amazon through Amazon Pay. Was never told about the near 2 month delay on my parts for my saber. The actual product is great, but I will never recommend this site again due to the atrocious lack of proper communication. No email response, no phone response. Nothing. I even got the delivery confirmation nearly 2 and a half months after the actual delivery. Very poor experience and will be purchasing elsewhere.

While the sabers themselves are pretty good, the service is sub par. The delivery time took around 2 months and there was no communication, and my emails were only answered long after the delivery.

Due to the pandemic there was supply issues, I got in contact with support and was able to get parts substituted and have my sabers shipped out in 2 days. I love both the Specter and the Mantis I received.
Once I learned to be careful about what I ordered and not expect to make changes after placing my order, things began to go well.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
