Very easy and fun to make your own lightsaber i was a little confused on how the diamond saber worked but your videos help me understand how everything functions and was very detailed and thorough. I definitely look forward to making another purchase in the future.
Speedy delivery but the box was damaged
Easy to use website and steps when building a saber, only concern I have I with my latest purchase the coloring is off, I ordered sentinel yellow and it is for the first foot of blade then by the end it's orange like my other saber that's fire orange, I would be fine with either color but it's a bit unfortunate that the brilliant yellow isn't the same all throughout the blade and the tip is orange. Just wonder if there is a fix for that maybe if color discs would work or if a new led light is needed to have one solid color on the saber blade
My sabers been continuously having issues. My first attempt for support for what seems like months of no reply. I ordered the parts and serviced the unit myself because of the non-reply, oddly the parts came before the email for the issues, all out of order and much time apart. It's been over a year since the purchase & I regret my purchase. I'm guessing maybe the company has had change in staff and I appreciate the later follow ups. I spent close to $500 for something that I can not recommend. Mainly because the sabers circuit board seems to reset after a few contacts numerous times.
I ordered a cheaper blade from another website and received a far better blade in over quality.
Ordered a mystery box saber for my first and was quite excited with the results. Standard stunt saber but the weight and illumination are amazing. As someone whi has experience in stage dighting I had to give it a try right away and was incredibly pleased with the handling and the impact ability with the heavy blade upgrade.

So. Things could've gone better. I ordered my lightsaber September 5 and didn't get it until October 30. I kind of blame covid for that though. I always see reviews of how they have no customer service, whenever I emailed them, they emailed me right back. My lightsaber has no visual flaws that I can see at the moment, everything looks as it should. And it's so fun to duel with, I got the sentinel v5 with yellow blade. Some people may have some bad experiences, but I actually had a good one
We had an issue with our order and could not get anyone to respond to us by email or phone at all for many months. No one answers the phone or returns a voice mail. They tell you you'll get a quicker more prompt response by leaving an email. Not true. I had to ask a neighboring business to walk over there and ask SOMEONE to get back to me regarding my order. Finally after many more weeks I received an email. Great product if your in no hurry (months) and then hope you don't need help with anything.
We've ordered 2 lightsabers now & absolutely love them both! & Ultrasabers has amazing customer service if you do have any issues! We had a wire coke loose in one & they fixed it & got it back to us FAST! Thank you Cade!
Love the lightsaber and it's just awesome, it was worth the wait honestly tho it was a while gave me a bit of a worry after the first month but in the end I was happy with the saber, it's bright and has a good weight to it makes it easy to spin,

I recieved a faulty battery, which I wasn't reimbursed for, but the customer service was great, they checked in with my complaint quickly. The blades are amazing, and it didn't take as long as I expected, especially considering the pandemic would slow stuff down.
Delivery was several days ahead of estimated time.

Overall great. I was thinking that it would take a while to ship my order to The Netherlands but it took only 2 weeks max. So i was really happy when I saw they shipped my saber in just a few days.
Initial response time was slow... final resolution adequate.
