The lightsaber is amazing, it lights up really well, it's easy to handle, and very durable. The service and response time is great, and delivery time is very good. Overall I would definitely recommend buying this product from this website.

Overall it was a great purchase but as I was sparing with my friends I accidentally hit a tree and the tip of my saber came off and now it's broken and I had to glue it back on

I had ordered a Dominix v4 lightsaber on September 25 but I didn't receive it until a month later. Apparently the specific item I wanted was out of stock and they didn't reflect that in their website.
Granted they did offer me upgrade to replace my order but only after I sent a not so kind complaint email.

It was easy to go through the various steps and customize the saber. Lots of options to choose from but not so many that you get overwhelmed. I also appreciated the communication about the delay in the making and shipping of my saber.

Ordered a lightsaber 5 months ago and everytime I ask when is it coming they say in a few weeks. Then I asked for a full refund and they denied it! Do not order from this company their are far better ones out their!

Really an awesome product everything is very well made and feels great in the hands.The sound is loud and the color is bright even with a heavy blade.

Our product was received very quickly but the sound board was not functioning properly. It was eventually fixed but took some time to get an email returned from customer support. It works great now.

It took a minute to finally ship but talking to customer service, they got me the information I needed and once it shipped it got here lightning fast.

My only bad comment would be that it didn't get delivered fast enough! It was delivered in the time that they said it would be, but I was really eager to get it in. I have recommended Ultrasabers to all of my friends and can't wait to get my next one!

Website is well designed and smooth.

The blade was a little bit bent but only such it is unnoticeable intill you look close up. The hilt was nice and comfortable and the product works as advertised. Occationally the batteries will pop out of their place only to pop back in instantly so it never disturbes anything.
