They are well built. They took a long time to come as there were parts issues. Part of the pandemic and I don't think there is anything they could do about it. Kids are very happy with them.
I expected the delays due to covid, but the customer service was still amazing. I was offered a free hex wrench as well as an upgrade to the LE version of the saber I had ordered.

One of the sabers I ordered lost a wire from the sound drive and doesn't have sound anymore. It happened when I was spinning it and fell on the floor. I could only suggest that a better method of housing the wiring would be optimal as far as customer experience goes. It is pretty costly for the sound addon, for it to break so easily isn't fun

First saber took to months to come and ultra saber never respond to all my emails. But was good when finally came. The second one came fast but had poor wiring so broke quick. They responded to my emails that time, and fixed it free of charge.

I sent my sword in for repairs and they held on to it for a year until I was able to afford to invest more into it. Awesome people and swords!

It was overall pretty ok. However, the customer service could be of some upgrades. The phone never gets picked up, emails are spotty. It's al 50/50 on if they will respond within the next day or the next week. I imagine they're pretty busy though. Overall I would still shop here.
I ordered a mystery lightsaber box for my husband's birthday. It did not come in time, but it was totally worth it when it did come!

Due to covid the one I wanted wasn't in stocks. But I was able to work with them to get one that was the same. Same solid quality.
I love the sabers and think it's awesome that we can switch out the colors of the blade. However, the blades feel very cheap. We will have to replace them really soon with a higher quality blade.
The package was sent to the wrong address. I only managed to recover it through good luck and the honesty of strangers.
Packing of the item was diabolical. The box was bent luckily the saber was ok.
There is no presentation to the light saber at all, considering this is a gift we have had to get creative to make it look presentable.
The 'stand' to place the light saber on, not worth the money at all and frankly very disappointing.

I was not informed of import charges which dropped through letterbox a week later. I was not impressed as delivery had been paid and that was over £30.
There were so many options on customizing that I couldn't even remember by the end. You really make your lightsaber your own.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
