Everything went really well ordering my sabers. They are going to make great Christmas gifts! Though I thought one of our mystery sabers was supposed to have sound and neither of them did. Other than that everything thing else was as ordered

Over all the product is great, sturdy durable and worth the money. However I haven't been able to remove battery pack to change batteries and communication is not great sent a few emails for a some questions never received an answer

This was the 2nd saber I ordered from Ultrasabers and while I had an alright first experience, this one was a trainwreck. It took an absurd amount of time for my saber to actually ship and I completely understand things are difficult because of COVID but I ordered one product on July 4th. It still hasn't gotten to me. I personally had to reach out to Ultrasabers over Facebook to receive any answers about my order because emailing and calling support doesn't get you a response. They gave me a decent discount code for anything sitewide for the trouble and so I used it to get a third saber (The one I'm reviewing now). I got it and it worked! I really like it and everything but then tried to change the color on with the Emerald RGBY driver it has but got stuck on pink and then flashed red. Now the saber won't even turn on and it's a nice $300 hunk of metal.
I Ordered 2 sabers on the 5. May and still didnt get them cause thei are out of stock until january…
It doesnt show that on the Website. But i had a very very good contact with the customer service and ordered 2 more sabers she recomendet to me and i got it 5 Days after the Order from the US to swizerland, so i would do it again even if i would whish to get a better overview of wich saber is in stock on the website
Took forever to make my order, when I finally followed up on it I was told it was sold out and would take longer but when I purchased the item there was no hint of it being sold out or close to being sold out.
Built a custom saber for my boyfriend's birthday and he lost his mind! Amazing quality, extremely fast shipping and packaged carefully. He was like a kid! I'm not a big Star Wars fan but kinda want one for myself they are so cool!
My Ultrasaber is great! However, I ordered one without windows in the emitter, and it came with windows anyways. I contacted customer service, and they said that with windows being the most popular among customers, that's all they have in stock. Due to pandemic issues, there won't be more without windows until next summer. I wish they gave me a heads up prior to completing my order rather than having it come as is and surprise me with something slightly off from my order, but I still happened to be satisfied with my result.

Their set up to choose and customize my parts was easy peasy, and the way they listed all the options I had chosen in the cart was really nice. There are tons of places where you have a bunch of options that never list what you've chosen in the cart. And the saber itself is very nice!
For my first ever order I didn't know a lot about the process but the staff at US explained everything to me in a timely manner and made me feel very comfortable with their system of operation.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
