I was able to get my saber within days of ordering it and there were no issues throughout the process. I really love Ultrasabers and I'd recommend it to others.

Overall the experience was quick and easy. The delivery time was a bit long but that's to be expected with a high quality product like this. I was disappointed to find that the blade was slightly bent after shipping. All-in-all I'm really satisfied with my purchase.

So I ordered a fallen combat ready saber with free shipping, but they were out. It was five weeks before I had to contact them to see what was taking so long. Once I got told they were out, I picked a different saber hilt and they sent it within 3 days.
So other than they should contact you and not the other was around when your saber hilt is ou, it was a good experience.

Ordered a bunch to give as christmas gifts. Looking forward to fighting my friends this holiday season.

It took a month and a half for me to receive it, but in the end the customer support was good and the product was good as well.

All I needed was a second, longer blade for my wife's lightsaber. In my original order I had ordered a shorter blade because the stage combat swords that we use, her's is shorter. I forgot that the lightsaber is notably lighter than the steel sword was so I needed a longer blade for her. She loves the longer blade and has the shorter blade as well, if she wants to use it.

Super dope! My husband bought one 5 years ago and it's still going strong. I decided to get myself one finally and Ultra Sabers did not disappoint!

One of the lightsabers is no longer functioning. The battery holder cracked and no longer lights up. I tried to tape it back together but this did not work.

Hassle free ordering. I will update after receiving. Update: very strong blades. I chose the ultra edge heavy grade and it takes a beating very well. Might want to epoxy your tip in place first as mine did fly off. But I would still say it's well worth the money.

Wish the wait time was shorter (My friend who ordered it before me got his in 3 days, mine took a few weeks) and the box was fancier tbh, SaberTrio's boxes are very nice and it has sections for each piece, yalls feels stuff and shove.

The quality of lightsaber was good. Due to the pandemic my order was delayed about 5months. Seems like they are catching up. I would have just liked them to contact me sooner.
