To whom it may concern I recently received my third UltraSaber, this was a Fallen LE SKU: SOUND-STUNT-Fallen-LE which is beautiful. There is one major problem with this saber, I purchased the TRI Adegan Silver + Color Discs and when I loosened the retaing screw the blade is being scratched by both pair of set posts that hold the wings that are permanently affixed to the pommel. Every thing the blade is removed to change the color the blade will be further scratched. These scratches can be seen in the window cut outs on the side of the hilt. I was wonder what you can do about this defect that the hilt pegs are causing the blade to be damaged. Thank you for your time and assistance in this issue.

High quality sabers. Couldn't be happier with the look and feel. Delays due to covid and high demand were about as expected and communicated by U.S. staff, customer service was quick to respond to any questions I had for updates on the order. Would definitely recommend.

We all know their "fabricators" (Star Wars term for Chinese slave labourer-counterparts.) have been working their nuts off, hence their bounce-back economy- What's your excuse?!?!. You lot should have stayed in the fab-shop for BLM and gotten better with Covid-19, so "yaw'll" can go to work to make luxury toys we don't need (can't get?) so you can satisfy the clientele (people who put food on your table), the feedback you expect you want.
Man!, I had patience, but to get knocked back 5 months! I'd be dead and digested on the planet of Uranus if I had to rely on your sabres!

Customer service was great, helping get my order shipped sooner. Lightsabers are great quality the sound is amazing and they look great on display.
Had one issue with my Dorinian pommel having a bent fin however they sent out a replacement straight away which is in perfect condition.
Will buy again
My experience with ultrasabers was great I had never ordered something like this before so I was a little anxious/nervous but the process was easy and straight forward. Only complaint was my blade was bent upon arrival. However, the issue was resolved in a timely manner, and I couldn't be happier with my lightsaber!
I ordered on September 18th, and I received my order on October 31st, I ordered The Fallen, overall a very good product, works very well. I have dropped it a bit and it is still working as well as when I bought it. Very sturdy, very good quality sound, and the blade is also very sturdy. My brother has checked out my lightsaber and is buying one himself now. Would recommend buying from this website. I will be buying another one.
Fantastic! I love my sabers. One of the items I ordered was out of stock; I would have appreciated it that was on the site, but when I reached out to customer service I was able to switch to a different item and get my order in a timely fashion. I ordered a gift from this site, and the quality is fantastic. The recipient was thrilled, and we've used the sabers extensively. They've held up beautifully. I will definitely be ordering again!
Took a while, but it was still pretty quick considering the circumstances, and the company can't be blamed for being bogged down with orders. Otherwise, the product itself was well-made and sturdy with long battery life.

All my orders that I've made have been delivered to me and all in a great time frame, i love shopping on ultrasabers. They got great customer service and do well to work with you and make sure that you've received your order.
My most recent order for a mystery saber and a couple of replacement light tubes was OK, but the saber body did have a long, deep scratch in it. I guess that's the chance you take with the mystery package.
Ultrasabers is decent. Their sabers are expensive but parts and spare blades can be bought for cheap. Custom blades are also pricey but I guess that's what to expect with U. S
Easy website to use, great range of sabers and accessories, received product very happy good quality, only downfall was shipping took a little longer than expected but I was shipping from usa to Australia, overall great buying experience

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
