Love the saber!
The product is well done, the only issue I had was the battery "container" which I had to trim the plastic because was difficult to remove from the handle in order to change the battery.
Very helpful and high quality sabers and hilts. I love their designs and in general kindness and hard work, would definitely recommend. I truly believe they're the best custom sabers out there right now.
The product is packed in a cardboard box and bubble wrap a point you don't expect paying more than 600 dollars.
The second point is that the product shows signs of a bad finish and that it has been used before, finally saying that it comes with traces of glue (attached photos only gives me 2 photos to upload)
I got what I ordered and received it earlier than I expected. The only issue is the battery pack in one of my sabers is a little loose and slides around inside the handle a bit, but i can live with that.
The saber I received looks amazing and I am very impressed by the quality of work that this company gives to all of its sabers

I loved the lightsaber but only if it wasn't 2-3 weeks for it to get to my house then I would be happier.
It took about 3-4 weeks for my order to be processed and shipped out, after which I received it within the expected shipping time. When I got my lightsaber it was very cool looking (I got the blue blade which is super bright), but it turns out that it flickers on and off on contact when the batteries aren't Completely charged (like taken off the charger within the last two hours or so), even with the batteries fully secured with electrical tape. This is a fairly major problem! Also, the cap at the end of the hilt unscrews really easily, necessitating periodic breaks during combat to adjust it. I guess I'd say what seems to be the general consensus among the experts - Ultrasabers is an ok first saber, and after that, pay the extra $20 to get a more quality saber elsewhere.
The people at the booth were super helpful with all my questions and awesome to talk to. Will hopefully order some more items in the future depending on budget.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
