I ordered a rechargeable battery pack to go with my custom guardian ultra saber and it came with extra batteries which I didn't have to pay extra for. The details of each of there sabers and the authentic sounds makes it an experience you won't ever forget. Will be making more purchases in the future!

Overall, satisfactory except it often seems to take a long time for orders to arrive, even when it is simply a set of batteries. Other than that, no issues. Customer service is quite good.

I love my ultra saber
I really like the sword exept for the sound it makes. I'm a little Bit disapounted from the sound Controller. I've hot the Obsidian V3. Ist realizes motion really late. If you spin it for longer time there comes no more sound.
I was very happy with the support. They replied very fast and really helped a lot. Since I live in Germany I asked If there will be extra costums vor the import. They sayed no. But their calculater is wrong. I now had so pay 81 to FedEx... That is quite some Mine. I wish I knew that before. If would have affected my decision

It did take a few days extra time to handle my order than usual, but maybe that was caused by the amount of orders due to the special offer.
