Great site very clear directions
It was exactly as I wanted
I felt that the website was a little "cumbersome" to use. When I went to checkout, the warning about checking on availability left me a little confused. It should not allow you to pick something that is not in stock. I hope I was paying enough attention the first time through.
I wish the saber had had an additional set screw or two for the blade, but in all other respects the product is excellent. A good buy, if you're into real-life replicas of magic swords wielded by space wizards.
I inherited two Initiate V2 lightsabers and recently bought a connector for them from US and it wields beautifully. About to buy an Initiate LE V2 for my costume.
Excellent service, and when I had a problem, I emailed them and got a response with 2 hours. Only complaint is that my Arctic blue saber turns green when the batteries aren't at full charge, but other than that, I have no complaints.

Ordered 4 mystery boxes. A little hard to set up account and password but done. They came quickly (4days) for standard shipping. I was not disappointed. Got 3 great sabers and one with full sound.they are awesome. I will be ordering again. Maybe the new double bladed folding one I saw in new STARWARS trailer(hint,hint)..
