I bought the Dark Apprentice V5 and it's great! The colors are vibrant, the sounds are loud and the hilt looks great! I'll probably buy another saber from UltraSabers soon!
When I unboxed my Dominicide blade, one of the claws from the emitter had fallen off and the whole hilt was loose and falling apart. After about an hour of research I figured out how to secure the hilt together, however, after a few minutes of sparring, it became loose again. I emailed Ultrasabers concerning the broken emitter blade but I haven't heard a response back.
Although I've had these issues, it is a beautiful hilt and the colour looks fantastic on it.

My kids are loving their mystery saber! Got another one on the way!
The website was easy to navigate and the delivery was relatively quick. However, the Emerald driver saber I ordered has problems with it that ultrasabers neglected to mention. The biggest issue is accessing the obsidian module, there is NO WAY to unscrew the pommel and pull it out. Instead, I have to unscrew and remove the blade and use a long, thin stick to wiggle past all the wiring and push it from the inside. I'm trying to return it and order a replacement, but the customer service has been a NIGHTMARE. Firstly, there are no customer service reps to answer calls, it's almost always done through email. Secondly, there are so many orders and emails sent to them around the winter holidays that the response time is ridiculous. Thirdly, there is no information for returns on the website that would make this ordeal easier! Bottom line: looks are deceiving.
Great overall just pretty expensive.

The website was buggy, the delivery took too long, and the product was below my expectations.
US is the BEST, could not be happier with the diamond apprentice v5. Highly recommend researching what the diamond controller can do!

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
