Still have an issue with a missing set screw for my saber attachment. Have not received any contact from customer service. I realize it's a busy time of year so trying to be patient but still a bit frustrating. Outside of this issue it's been a great experience and an amazing product.

The irder process is confusing. I ended up with the wrong sabres and ine of them already has a faulty light.

With the Fulcrum saber, I found them to be a little large, but I won't turn them back in to ultrasabers. All the sabers are very well made.

The lightsaber is balanced poorly. The part of the hilt that needs to be held has sharp edges that weren't sanded

The product came undamaged and with everything I ordered along with it. The packaging was just a little hard to get into, but I did like the safety precautions take to ensure the product doesn't get damaged. All in all, amazing packaging, great delivery time, and an awesome product.

We recieved the order in a timely manner. The only problem is the saber came with smaller bolts when they were supposed to be the larger ones. I have tried to talk to someone but they have not returned me calls. We got one email back and that was it. I will keep trying until I get an answer. Here it is Christmas and I can't give my gift to my son. It has almost been a month since we received the order.
