I bought 4 lightsabers mystery boxes for Christmas... Sadly I did not wait that long, we opened the box did not look at any of the writing and all of us just picked one. All of them were blue beside one green one, but that is the nature of the beast and it was a lot of fun. I wanted a cyan-colored my kids wanted orange and white so I order the new LED's for them and changed them out with the help of an Ultra Sabers Video on how to replace an LED. Now for the review part, the Hilts are strong made of metal and have a nice weight to them the blades are great I did not know what to expect so I did not change anything on the order and both of my kids have dueled with the 6 or 7 times now with my youngest throwing his and expecting it to come back to him as it does on the game. The only thing that I would say is if you are buying for a kid get the 24in blade. I will be buying more lightsabers from Ultra Sabers in the near future we love the ones we have.
Seen a lot of people talk crap about ultrasabers but this is pretty good quality for an affordable price, definitely gonna be ordering from them again.
I emailed customer service regarding the saber's design and my fear of the claws cutting into my skin after reading reviews about it. The customer service rep stated that she can simply request that they flip the claws so that won't be an issue. I was impressed by their solution and was happy to receive the saber very quickly. I only live an hour away from the headquarters so the shipping speed was not alarming. I will happily buy another saber from this company again.
My saber does NOT turn on and I CANNOT get any response from ultra sabers. Emailed without response either.
Great shipping, I live in the Netherlands and the saber was delivered to me in about 2 weeks. Saber was in top condition when it arrived.
