Ordered and paid for the saber on the 9th of December. Received confirmation email that payment was accepted and then... silence. Multiple emails sent to *******@ultrasabers.com and *******@ultrasabers.com inquiring about the order status and only automatic responses given. Called and left multiple voicemails, no response. They did respond to a Facebook message I sent asking for the status of the Christmas gift but instead of giving me a status update they just asked for my email address to see if it had been caught in their spam filter.

Just recently received my lightsaber, as glorious at it was the fun was short lived because soon after one of the fins of the emitter had fallen off. Im not sure why it had happened but hopefully with this service the problem can be resolved to fix the cosplay crop.
Was worth every penny. I will definitely purchase again! The quality is incredible and you can tell the time was put into making it. The light is strong and the speaker is loud.
I get it, they're swamped but this is ridiculous. Ordered three weeks. Plenty of time according to their website for a Christmas delivery. Here we sit, Christmas Eve and my order is still "processing" and they can't possibly be bothered to reply to the numerous emails I've sent. Forget a phone, that's a wasted exercise. Amazing though, sure didn't take them any time to process my payment.

I've ordered three I've gotten one in five days second one has taken almost two weeks and still no word and now I'm worried about the third sword would like to get ahold of you but you don't answere your phone and I can't leave a voicemail cause your box is full... great product but not great service

I had a few issues with ultrasaber. I never received a confirmation email or a shipping email. I contacted customer service which tools days to get back to me. They attached a copy of my order confirmation, but the attachment was empty. I attempted more than ten times to have my password reset so I could access my account info. It never worked, but thankfully the saber arrived everything was fine with it. But when you're ordering a present that you know is going to come in a giant lightsaber-shaped box, you'd like to know when that's going to arrive. These lightsabers are too expensive to have no email provided for order confirmation and shipping.
Overall the swords were very nice. But my sword came with a broken battery box amd a wiggly blade. Fixable but a 80$ product shouldn't need fixed

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
