Pleasant experience. Excited to be getting my second saber from you guys. Also to be getting the battery charger so my first one will work again.
It stopped working the same day I received it. I emailed Ultra Sabers nine days ago, and the only response I've received from them is the automatic reply that says they are too busy to respond. Because it was so expensive to get him all the features he wanted, this Ultra Saber is pretty much my son's only Christmas present from me, so it is extremely disappointing that today, Christmas Eve, we still don't know if he will ever have a working saber.
Great site, overall excellent shopping experience. This time I bought the Dark Apprentice LE V5 with Diamond Sound and it's, simply put, PERFECT.
My ordering process went smoothly and I didn't have any issue with actual saber or making it on the site. The only issue I encountered was with the delivery service FedEx, but the package did arrive eventually and was in one piece. Overall, I was very pleased with the saber, as it was my first one with sound, and the design was one I've always wanted for my collection. So far, in all of my research, I haven't been able to find a company other than US that has the quality for the reasonable price, and makes hilts that look the way I want them to. I will definitely be purchasing another saber soon.

I didn't realize the lead time was about 2 weeks. I got this as a gift for my auntie. I'll see how much she loves it tomorrow!
I recently purchased a saber from Ultrasabers and everything went smoothly. However, upon receiving my order I realized that the two-piece saber stand I payed an additional $15 for was incomplete, including only one of the two pieces. I have emailed Ultrasabers' customer support and have not gotten a response in nearly two weeks.
Love the sabres! Got one from a friend as a gift last year, and now I got to gift some forward to more people!
FedEx shipping was horrible. 1st it said Friday. Nothing showed. Then it said Sunday. I didn't get the package until Monday night. I love the saber. But delivery downgraded the experience.
It was very easy to navigate the website and the videos provided gives you a clear understanding of what you are actually buying!
The lightsaber arrive right when they said it would and the quality is awesome. I am very happy with my purchase.
This order came great, but I placed another on dec. 9th that has not yet shipped which is a bummer as it was a xmas present.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
