Great service
Order to door in under a week! Waiting on my second order to finish processing, since before xmas, but hopeful it's as great as the first was.
At first I would be worried that my order would not come in time for the holidays with the new movie coming out soon, but my sabers shipped right after. Processing took over a week(probably because of the influx of orders for the holidays and Rise of Skywalker) but shipping came very quickly! I'm very happy with my grab bag sabers and my siblings loved them as well!
FedEx delivery was less convenient for pickup than Canada POst would have been, but the product itself was wonderful.
Saber is beautiful. Customer service was very helpful with changing order when original order was out of stock. Would definitely recommend

So, this is an edit to my original 1 star review. I finally received a response 6 emails later. Jake from ultra sabers was very nice and is going to make sure my order is finally shipped since it took more than 2 weeks he also gave me a coupon for 20% off. I am looking forward to seeing the quality of the saber, and may do business again with this company depending on the quality.

I am currently awaiting a response on a warranty claim on my product, and have not yet received a response. Other than that, the product was Excellent.
This was a Christmas present for my son. He got one for my nephew. They had a great time battling on Christmas Eve. Super heavy duty materials. They were not holding back and they didn't even scratch them up. So much nicer than the cheap ones from toy stores. Definitely worth the money for hard core Star Wars fans. Wish I would've talked him into adding the sound to it. They didn't seem to mind but I bet it would've been even more fun! Thanks, for giving them a great Christmas!
Excellent! My second purchase from Ultrasabers and I'm still not disappointed! I ordered two sabers for my uncle and aunt for Christmas on Black Friday and they came within two weeks. They were very happy and surprised how well they looked and felt. Planning my next purchase already!
Website is a bit cumbersome, FedEx shipping was slow, products received were exceptional - will definitely purchase again!
The sale, speed of delivery and the product are all top notch and I would not hesitate to buy again. I only had a slight issue with the timing of my order ant the announcement of the additional 5% discount that was offered the next day and not being able to get in on the extra deal.
The sabers look amazing! Great quality craftsmanship, light and audio.
They took quite a while to get here, there were out of stock items but they did arrive before Christmas so I am still happy about that. I understand you were busy due to a combination of the holidays and the new movie coming out so I hope any future orders will go quicker.
One of the sabers didn't have the color I expected or thought I had ordered but the ability to change colors is nice for that. I just wish there were more options besides the standard colors on the paper with instructions. The one thing I was disappointed in regards to quality was the 1' blade plugs. These look best when the fit flush in the hole. However each style of emitter has a different length. With the Crimson claw, the plug should be longer. If it sits flush with the opener then it doesn't go beyond the side windows and if it covers the side windows then the retaining screws don't even touch the plug. The plug sticks out a half inch on the Dark Initiate and Dominix but is a perfect fit for the Graflex. So maybe making the blade plugs sized specific to each saver would be a great finishing touch.
Instructions to go onto the forum are straight forward but I can't seem to find the instructions that were said to be on there.
Lastly, FedEx is terrible with deliveries. They claimed to have attempted delivery to me on a Sunday, then failed to deliver, stating I wasn't home. I literally sat 5 feet from my front door and they never attempted delivery. Most of the packages they deliver to me are damaged and two of the three blades were slightly bent. Package looked damage free but perhaps it was how they were packed.
All in all, great product, great service. Just some attention to some of the small details could make your company so much better.

Great product, this is our third ultra saber and we are enjoying them as a family. The ability to customize is great.
The website is very user friendly. It was very easy picking the saber I wanted for my brother and I. 10/10 would recommend these for gifts. Only problem I have is that it is very hard to contact the customer support. When I tried emailing them it would not work. It was as if the email wasn't valid, and I could not reach anyone when I would call. Otherwise, the products were amazing and I will most likely be shopping from there again
Pretty sure i was shorted on some color lens, did not receive my allen key, took way longer than expected (which i can understand) but waiting all that time and still missing things? C'mon
I have loved every saber I have recieved from Ultrasabers and will contiune to add to my collection!
