I recived the lightsaber, and it was fun. It started to whisper obsidian and shut off randomly, but I changed the battery and it worked out.

This lightsaber is everything I could've hoped for. Beautifully crafted, and looks and sounds amazing! Excellent balance and weight.
Quality product
Everything about the saber is wonderful. The only slight issue is the cellophane inside the blade I received with my saber. I got the UltraEdge MidGrade, but the cellophane moves around in the blade. When I took off the black rubber cap during my unboxing it sorta coiled out of the blade in which I had to push it back in a little bit. Now when I swing the blade around I can hear and see the cellophane moving around inside the blade. Other than that my saber is great.
I've sent them 4 emails and tried calling multiple times but their inbox is full. I'm feel very scammed at this point. I ordered my lightsaber on Dec 6th and still no emails regarding any updates. Very unhappy.
I have bought 3 mystery boxes now and was very impressed! High quality and a must have for Star Wars fans! So awesome!
I ordered two sabers (a Dominix LE v5 and a Aeon v2)and there are some definite mixed thoughts that I have. The first is that they both look great. The second is that of the two I bought, only one is really sparring ready right from the get go and that would be the Aeon v2 as the other has some serious problems with it, mainly that the claws around the emitter, which look very nice, have far too sharp edges that caused multiple cuts on my hand after less than thirty seconds of sparring. For a saber that is marketed as a sparring saber this is frankly unacceptable. Additionally around the pommel it has a few sharp edges as well that while haven't caused any injury, though that is primarily due to me taking appropriate precautions, could potentially cause injury.
Now both of these issues could be fixed by sanding them down, however I don't believe that I should have to do that, potentially voiding the warranty to make them safe to use.
Now those issues are not the reason I gave them such a low score, as the big issue I have is when I tried getting in contact with them to see if there was some way to fix this without me voiding the warranty I received no response and it has been as of writing this review just over two weeks since I sent my email. Now I understand that we are currently within a holiday period but honestly this is not acceptable.
To anyone interested in buying a saber from here and sparring with it, I'd strongly suggest either sticking to the sabers without any edges and definitely drop the claws, or shop somewhere else. Else if sparring is not your primary focus, then go ahead and buy from here, though in my opinion for a purely decoration piece these sabers are a little bit pricey though not extremely so.

Ordered a saber with (mostly) basic options. Although the delivery was very punctual (actually paid for expedited delivery), that is where the good part ends.
Upon receiving the saber, I noticed that the switch was not as solid in quality as I had expected. Mildly unstable seating, weak connection "click" and the saber light would flicker with even the slightest brush on the button. When asked about it in email, the response was that I got what I ordered and it was a "quality" switch. Fine.
Most disappointingly, though was that, although I ordered the saber in "Sentinel Yellow", within two weeks and without any combat or drop damage whatsoever, the blade is now a solid red. Red...
It is a solid business practice to offer a range of options when constructing a product, but have options that are utter crap for those who don't order the top tier? My original intention was to order a base model to assess the saber and have one as a "beater" and, if satisfied, put together a higher end saber for the collection.
Well, that course is off the table.
I doubt that Ultrasabers will see this review, respond or change their practices, in any case. So, fair warning, if you aren't looking to break the bank for your saber, don't expect the customer service and quality to be any better.

Yes, I received my order, but it was incomplete. The color discs that should give my light saber it's character was not included. I've emailed Ultrasabers several times but have not received any response except for an automated reply that they received my email. Very disappointed. I will not be buying from them again.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
