I did not receive the pommel I ordered with the saber and I have not been able to get an answer regarding whether or not it was shipped or when it may be shipped.
I bought this as a gift for a friend and he was extremely pleased with it. The hilt looked exactly like Ahsoka Tano's and the LED blade is very bright. Very fast shipping too, got it within a week.

The saber did not work when we opened it under the Christmas tree. It doesn't make any noise though we paid for the sound package and it won't turn off or on with any regularity. I promptly sent an email the same day and have yet to receive a reply. It's still sitting in the box. My kiddo is super disappointed. I am as well having paid over $200 for it.
Everything was phenomenal and I'd definitely order from ultrasaber again!

First, the saber is awesome. There's really no question ultrasabers makes a great product. Also, I understand that the company got swamped with orders due to the Star Wars and Christmas rush happening simultaneously. However, I believed I had foreseen the rush and ordered on Dec. 4. I admit that I didn't pay for expedited shipping (which may have even said 'guaranteed delivery by Christmas' or something). In short, I'm not totally blameless here but... over the next few weeks, I contacted customer support at three different contacts with increasingly panicked requests to please process the order and get it out -ultimately offering to pay an extra $100 to expedite it. I finally got a response on Dec 23 or 24 saying I got your messages, checked your order, saw you didn't check the 'guaranteed delivery by Christmas.' He apologized, gave me a big discount on my next order and got it to me by Dec. 28. All in all, once I heard from them, the customer service was GREAT. Unfortunately, this was a gift and instead of opening this awesome light saber on Christmas Day, he got a picture and a story...
So less-than-stellar review is all based upon the very slow response time to my inquiries and the failure to foresee that there would be a rush on their products due to another JJ Abrams Star Wars release coinciding with Christmas during a strong economy.
They have an awesome product so I'm certain I'll be back again despite the slow response time to customer service inquires.

This Thing is amazing! I love my ultrasaber! The handle is beautiful and the blade looks amazing. I got the mystery box and I'm so lucky i got one with sound. LOVE it, of course i took it to the premier of Rise of Skywalker.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
